flea market finds

I'm still going through and posting "old" finds I never got around to showing before... in an (unsuccessful) attempt to stay away from the op shops for a little while...

Here are some sheets / pillowcases I found a while ago, and rather like... hopefully I will soon work up the courage to cut up and use them (or maybe to use them just the way they are). Not sure I will be able to convince my husband to use a floral quilt cover though!

Sophie's is the place to link up for more lovely finds...

They are pretty sheets they will look pretty whatever you choose to make with them.

Love these. It seems so hard to vintage vintage sheets that still have enough colour to be useful for advanced use. Cherrie

Oh lovely, lucky you. There is a dearth of vintage bed linen in our charity shops. Having said that, I've just remembered, I recently scored 2 single candy stripe sheets (flannelette).

Beautiful. I have some vintage sheets that I cannot bring myself to cut up either.

What gorgeous soft colours. They'd look gorgeous cut up and sewn back together as a light summer patchwork quilt.

I have the exact same pink daisy pillow case on my bed at the moment, only one though :(
